Healing Tools to raise your vibration

What are some things you surround yourself with to keep you on a positive path? It’s all too easy for our minds to wander in a negative direction... to lose focus... we somehow find the burdens that weigh heavy and complain internally til we explode.. The hardest part is picking ourselves back up from the eruption, dust off the debris. So how can we stay committed to our dreams, our practice? What if just simply placing those gentle reminders all around us could help guide us towards more gratitude, happiness, inner peace, adventure, possibilities of what could be rather then what isn’t in this moment?

.... to eventually dissolve the pain and suffering from our lives (past or present..) and to foresee a brighter future with more of what we want...

No one ever said it would be easy, each day brings on a new experience and it’s own challenges for sure, but it’s what do with it and how to move on from them that make all the difference...

Ask yourself.. what do you do to make shifts in your world when things get shaken up?

Here’s a few ideas from my “healing toolbox” that have helped me along my journey, I hope they help you too....

•Journal

•Positive affirmations

•Aromatherapy

•Yoga

•Meditate

•Run / Hike

•Gym Lift weights ..recently boxing (yang to my yin to release some deep emotions)

•Listen to positive personal development podcasts

•Read mostly spiritual & adventure novels

•Mantra Sacred repetition with Malas

•Place positive mindful messages all over to bring a smile to your face and know all will be ok (as you see here in this pic, I have water bottles with inspirational stickers, print outs of quotes, affirmative agenda, spiritual clothes, notebooks for experiences and podcasts around me always, even in my car!)

•Post inspiration on social media / blog (this is not just to share for others but for me as well - Law of Giving and Receiving -inspiration shared is SO much more powerful and they are constant reminders to continue the positive work you are doing)

•Breathwork

•Energy medicine

•Play games with family and explore (rather than just watching tv)

•Healing Bathing rituals (epsom salt bath with aromas, crystals, gua sha, abhyangha self massage, Reiki cleansing, smudge home)

•Create make music

•Dance

•Animal therapy

•Cook a delicious meal paired with a good vino

"The Law of Giving and Receiving helps us to keep energy flowing freely and keep abundance, affluence, and all good things flowing to us. A great example of Giving and Receiving is witnessing the breathe moving in and out of the body. If you hold your breath in you will notice how uncomfortable it becomes. Even holding the breath out without inhaling becomes uncomfortable too. If you stop the flow of either giving or receiving you interfere with the natural flow of life. To implement this into our daily life, you want to give every person you come in contact with a gift. Every time you meet someone silently wish them love, happiness, joy, and laugher. You will notice an incredible shift in your awareness, it’s amazing. You can silently wish the grocery store clerk peace and happiness or you can silently say Namaste and gaze into the eyes of someone walking by. And of course, a material present is fine too. Make a commitment to keep wealth circulating in your life by giving and receiving life’s most precious gifts of all, that of love, caring, affection, appreciation, and time. It is important to remember that receiving is the same thing as giving; they are just different aspects of the flow of energy in the universe. Accept any gift with open arms and gratitude. Look at nature and receive all the gifts that surround you. Look at the beautiful sunset, a snow storm, the sound of wind blowing, the rain, or even the birds singing. There are gifts all around us. Be present and notice the beauty that surrounds you.

When in doubt Commit to the 10 to Zen.. It's not as easy as it looks but when you come into this with an awareness and without any judgement, you can see where you are lacking and what you must work on to connect to your peace, your happy place 🙏🏻

Start each day with a New Breath….

Winter can be a time of hibernation..we tend to feel tired, lethargic, depressed, and unwilling to shine our light. Remember that this is totally a normal experience for most humans. We will want to find warmth but instead of allowing the noises to overwhelm you in your head, look towards the bright sun for guidance and direction. Each day is a new breath…a New Start!
