LISTEN TO YOUR BODY

THANKFUL THURSDAY

So within, so without. 

Listen to what your body is telling you. If you are tired and lacking energy..fuel up with high energy nutrition and simply give your body some rest. Drink lots of water to help replenish and hydrate your cells. Give your mind some peace with gentle music and a nice hot shower to relieve stress, incorporate some deep breathing techniques to rejuvenate and oxygenate your body. Find something inspiring and create something that you are passionate about to help gain confidence to recharge your creativity. Always key, make sure to move your body..whether through dance, or gentle flow yoga, or going for a long walk just to get the blood moving around will help you throughout your daily life. Be thankful for what you have been blessed with... Take care of your body and it will take care of you... What is your body telling you today?
